They got started in racing by hosting RC (radio controlled) stage rallies on their farm but Chad and Kristi Berg have taken it much farther since then. With championships in rallycross (Chad) and stage rally as a co-driver (Kristi), they have built their experience and their brand over the years. While you can tell they have a ton of fun with the process, they are intentional and professional in their approach.
They share some great lessons they have learned and some thoughts on how to provide real value as a sponsored driver. This is a great episode with a ton of great insight about starting and growing in the sport.
