La’ Akea Siverts is a Rally Stage Captain based in the Pacific Northwest. She grew up with a love of cars and has dabbled in all kinds of racing. Her skills as a stage captain are integral to keeping some amazing national events running and in this episode, she talks us through how she got started, how you can start and what race weekend is like.
